“It was very confusing of what line yo be in for the early entrance .. we asked several workers and no one really knew and we waited in line then found out we didn’t need to.. the food was disappointing.. vegetable soup ..fruit and a taco bake with cookies .. the meet and greet was just a 5min speech from the performer .. once inside the circle room the staff was very accommodating and friendly .. open bar with top shelve liquors”

We bought two tickets to a Christmas show on December 17 at 7 PM $151.50 and we arrived at 6:30 at the grand old Opry and there was no show there at 7 PM at all, we talked to an Employee leaving the Opry and he said we just finished a concert from this afternoon but there’s nothing going out here tonight. So we refuted the charges but they ripped us off. We were looking forward to a Nashville Christmas concert at the grand ole Opry. It was a big part of our trip to Nashville. Big disappointment.”
