The tour guide would say “what do you think happened to the slaves” and then would say “we actually have no information on that”, a statement he repeated often on the tour. The house is also really nothing special and is poorly kept up. Slave houses aren’t even original to the property so once again, they’re…”

Though an hour after my original pick up time, the tour operator did manage to find another driver and we were able to take the wine tour. I was hoping to experience more of Franklin and I think that Main St would be a nice addition to the dining experience.”
